AB  - In the chapter Methodology for the collection of social media data about
experiences on the frontline of education provision authors Mihaylo Milovanovitch,
Tijana Jokić Zorkić and Maia Gelashvili describes a methodology for the collection
of content data from social media, which communicates the experiences of
education participants with policies on the frontline of education provision.
Grounded in a sociocultural approach to education policy, digital ethnography, and
social media research, the chapter first outlines the conceptual underpinning of
the methodology. It then explains in detail a string of methodological decisions
which help with the framing, defining, and collecting of samples of relevant content
data. The chapter concludes by illustrating the potential of the methodology on the example of social media data harvested with its help in several countries in
Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.

Multižanrovska analiza narativa u cilju unapređenja obrazovnih politika

AB  - Pored potrebe da se javne politike temelje na relevantnim i pouzdanim podacima
(OECD, 2007) ključno pitanje je na koji način se obezbeđuje da se kroz ove podatke čuje glas
onih za čiju dobrobit se javne politike donose (Hoppe, 2011). Zahtev za participativnošću
u donošenju, evaluiranju i reformulisanju obrazovnih politika, posebno je izražen zbog
ostvarivanja pravednosti i inkluzivnosti kao globalno prioritetnih obrazovnopolitičkih ciljeva
(European Comission, 2006; UNESCO; 2010). No, osigurati da se čuju glasovi marginalizovane
grupe predstavlja izazov, a osigurati da dospeju na radar obrazovnih politika - još veći. Pored
negativnog stava koji dovodi do isključivanja, segregacije i ignorisanja, posebno u slučaju
Roma (Brown et al., 2015), migranata (Bartlett, 2015; Kovacs Cerovic, 2021), ali i drugih
marginalizovanih grupa, deo problema predstavlja i metodologija prikupljanja podataka i
organizovanja participacije.
U ovom radu ćemo predstaviti multižanrovsku analizu narativa (MŽAN) (Daiute, 2013;
Daiute & Kovacs Cerovic, 2017) kao metodologiju koja je posebno prilagođena dolaženju do i
analiziranju mišljenja marginalizovanih grupa, ilustrujući je kroz prikaz glavnih nalaza tri studije
u kojima smo je upotrebile.

Etnokulturalna empatija srednjoškolaca u kulturološki raznovrsnoj sredini kao mehanizam jačanja pozitivnih stavova prema različitim etničkim grupama

AB  - In her paper The Ethnocultural Empathy of Secondary School Pupils in
the Culturally Diverse Environment as a Mechanism for Promoting a Positive
Approach Towards Different Ethnic Groups, Tijana Jokić Zorkić researches the role
of the ethnocultural empathy of secondary school pupils in the culturally diverse
environment as a potential mechanism for strengthening good inter-ethnic
relationships. The mediatory influence of ethnocultural empathy on the relation
between perceived school support for interculturality and the social distance of  pupils towards the second biggest ethnic group in school was examined. The results
showed the significant indirect influence of school support for interculturality on
social distance/closeness (forming close friendships), i.e. its significant mediatory
influence on ethnocultural empathy. Therefore, ethnocultural empathy may be the
mechanism by means of which schools could influence social, i.e. ethnic distance in
culturally diverse environments. The findings from this study indicate that schools
should invest in strengthening ethnocultural empathy and other intercultural skills
bearing in mind their influence not only on school achievement and experiences of
personal happiness, but also on attitudes towards other ethnic groups.
