Abstract
The report deals with the socio-psychological aspect of communication in teaching, with communication as an interpersonal relation between the teacher and the student. Although it is stressed that the education process is primarily a communication phenomenon, it is insufficiently paid attention to in the curricula for training teachers. The investigations in the field of communication analysis so far have shown at one hand some serious problems in the relationship teacher - student, and on the other hand the fact that communication competence can be developed and improved with the help of appropriate program. Associated with this, the report brings the basic principles and element which make communication more successful.
U radu se govori o socijalno-psihološkom aspektu komunikacije u nastavi i to o komunikaciji kao interpersonalnom odnosu između nastavnika i učenika. Iako se naglašava da je vaspitno-obrazovni proces, pre svega komunikacijski fenomen nedovoljno mu se posvećuje pažnja u programima za pripremanje učitelja i nastavnika. Dosadašnja istraživanja u oblasti analize komunikacije u nastavi ukazuju s jedne strane na ozbiljnije probleme u odnosima između nastavnika i učenika, a s druge strane, na činjenicu da se komunikacione sposobnosti (komunikaciona kompetentnost) mogu uz pomoć odgovarajućih programa razvijati i usavršavati. U skladu s tim, u radu su prikazani osnovni principi i elementi koji komunikaciju čine uspešnijom.
