dc.description.abstract | The report brings the results of a research carried out in Belgrade elementary schools with teachers and students of senior classes who participate in extra work activities with an aim to make an analysis of the existing organization of this form of work and get an insight into the attitudes of both pupils and teachers on the subject. Special attention was paid to elementary features of the organization of extra work the criteria for admission, the number of pupils included, their motivation for participation and the objectives they want to obtain, to the position of pupils in the sense of their chance to take part in deciding upon the choice of contents, methods and forms of work as well as to pupils and teachers' comments on the existing organization of work On the basis of the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire for the pupils and the one for the teachers, the author had an insight into the advantages and disadvantages of the existing method of accomplishing this form of work | en |
dc.description.abstract | U ovom radu izneti su rezultati istraživanja sprovedenog u beogradskim osnovnim školama, sa nastavnicima i učenicima viših razreda koji učestvuju u dodatnom radu, sa ciljem da se izvrši analiza postojeće organizacije ovog oblika rada i utvrde stavovi učenika i nastavnika o organizaciji rada. Posebno su ispitivane osnovne karakteristike organizacije dodatnog rada, kriterijumi izbora učenika, obuhvaćenost učenika ovim oblikom rada, motivi učenika za učešće u radu i ciljevi koje žele da postignu, položaj učenika u smislu njihove mogućnosti da utiču na izbor sadržaja, metoda i oblika rada, kao i mišljenja nastavnika i učenika o postojećoj organizaciji dodatnog rada. Na osnovu analize podataka dobijenih iz upitnika za učenike i upitnika za nastavnike dobijena je slika o dobrim stranama i nedostacima postojećeg načina izvođenja ovog oblika rada. | sr |
